The documents required to apply for a permit depend on the type of permit you are applying for and the jurisdiction in which you are applying. Generally, you will need to provide proof of identity, proof of ownership or occupancy of the property. Permit Express LLC will complete the relevant documents as required by your local jurisdiction to expedite the permitting process.
The cost of obtaining a permit varies depending on the type of permit and the municipality in which you are applying. Some projects require multiple jurisdictions which may increase the fees. Roughly permit fees are 2% – 3% of the total job value. Fees associated with obtaining permits such as inspection fees or administrative fees must be paid before a permit can be issued by your local permitting office.
Yes, there may be restrictions on certain types of permits depending on your local jurisdiction or other factors such as zoning regulations or environmental concerns.
To renew your permit once it has expired, we will submit an application with all required documents and fees to the permitting office. If a permit has been expired for an extended length of time or has been previously renewed, re-applying maybe required.

We accept checks, ACH, wire transfers and Zelle. A 3% fee will be added to your invoice if you wish to pay with a major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
